L’Collage (French Bordeaux)
A Bordeaux wine is any wine produced in the Bordeaux region of France. The Bordeaux region of France is the second largest wine-growing area in the world. Red Bordeaux, which is traditionally known as claret in the United Kingdom, is generally made from a blend of grapes. The primary red-grape varieties used are Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and occasionally Malbec and Petit Verdot. Water 2 Wine’s French Bordeaux (L’Collage) is a blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, and 10% Cabernet Franc.

Yamhill County, Willamette Valley Oregon Pinot Gris
Pinot Gris (or Pinot Grigio, as it is known in Italy) probably is the best-known "white" variant-clone of Pinot Noir. The style of wines range from Crisp, Light, and Dry to Rich, Fat, and Honeyed. Were it not for Prohibition, wine connoisseurs would be comparing California wines to Oregon rather than vice-versa. Oregon had a great wine reputation before Prohibition. After the repeal, California started re-producing wine right away, while Oregon waited until the 1970’s to replant their grapes. By that time California was firmly in the public’s mind as the American wine leader. However, Pinot Gris fans know that the Willamette Valley of Oregon already bests California when it comes to producing great Pinot Gris.
