He claims it all began when his father offered him a cannabis joint at age 8....His addiction took a toll on his first marriage w/ Deborah Falconer & put a strain on his relationship  w/ his Son Indio...Robert found music to help heal and even released an album 'The Futurist' in 04 w/ plans to do a couple of more in the future..Since his second  marriage (8/27/05) to Susan/producer he met on the set of "Gothika'/things have been going GOOD for Robert.... Sidenotes; Jack's surfer genes came from his 'Famous Surfer Dad Jeff Johnson', but Jack actually learned from his Dad's best friend Alex Conell...Jack also loved music & learned to play guitar around 14...He was a surfer pro until an accident @ Pipeline in which his front teeth were knocked out & he received over 150 stitches. He actually decided to change to music before this accident, it happened during the finals. He was the youngest to compete at age 17 & was eventually disqualified after failing to catch 3 waves & realized that the competitiveness was too much for him.. So go to MUSIC...(Yeah..not competitive at ALL!) Since he was 5 he wanted to be on the radio & got his first job @  WIOD in Miami Beach cleaning up & other misc. jobs. Jackson & Rachel Bilson the #1 movie this past weekend raking in $27.2 Million...He was discovered when his older sister Hejsa, a former trampoline champion, was shopping around for an agent. No one was home to baby-sit him, so he went along and it was suggested that he get an agent too...He grew up playing tennis. He was a "Ball Boy" at the Canadian Open tennis matches, where he jumped out to soon during a match in which John McEnroe was playing, causing an interruption in play.  Great to see Hayden survived the "WRATH OF JOHN"!
